• Failure to provide proof may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
• If a user is confirmed to be a minor, all deposited funds will be returned, but any winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at nbk33 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact support.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment method. Deposits from third-party numbers are not permitted.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Depositing funds for money laundering or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw funds from nbk33. Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes. During peak periods, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the original deposit.
• A specified turnover requirement must be met before funds earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious activity, we reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, nbk33 reserves the right to void or restart that round.

• For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the corresponding bet will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities
